“Funny, short and giggly!” That’s how this gal describes herself, and I LOVED it! She’s funny, fierce, and all kinds of awesome. Kendra is rockin’ a 3.6 G.P.A. at Chiawana High School, where she participates in tennis, and chamber and symphony orchestra. Her favorite class is Biology, because “I love learning about the human body and animals” She is also very active in her local church, where she sings and attends the youth group. During high school, she faced some obstacles when she changed school districts; she says, “I faced not being able to make friends, I overcame this by talking to pretty much anyone unless I got bad vibes from them. I also watched the movie Paper Towns, and that just kinda inspired me to live a little and to have fun…and not to always be paranoid because in the end things will most likely go as planned.”
“I just really want to be remembered as someone who always helped people”, she explained, “I want to be remembered as having a good heart”. Kendra’s personal hero is her mom, who she looks up to as someone who’s never given up. This sweet girl has an outgoing, wonderful personality and is so much fun to be around. For her senior session, I wanted to give her something modern, sunny, and beautiful, just like her. We found some beautiful, rustic spots that worked beautifully with her feminine style. After graduation, she has high aspirations: to attend WSU and later become a doctor.
Thank you, Kendra, for allowing me to photograph your senior shoot! I loved meeting you and getting just a glimpse of all that makes you special!
